Kiosk Engineering System (KES) is intended to provide a portal at every kiosk which allows Engineers, Technicians and 3rd Parties (such as CIT companies) access to system information pertinent to that given kiosk and for the operational status and consumable (replenishment) status to be updated in accordance with site visits.
Access to KES will be protected by secure username and password and triggered by opening of the kiosk and the door limit switches connected to the peripheral handler.
This security feature will offer a structured hierarchical level of access ranging from full control to approved Engineers to view only status and specific functionality for 3rd parties such as CIT companies.
