Amazon.ae Gift Cards

I. ENTRY

1. Purchase a value of at least AED 50 in Amazon.ae Gift Cards and/or any SIT kiosk in a single redemption on Amazon.ae and/or amazon app during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). This is applicable both in Electronic and Physical gift card.

2. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

II. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:

1. Open to anyone aged 15 years old and above.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirmed that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win.

3. Only one entry per one gift card purchased.

III. PROMOTION DATES

1. Prize draw entries opens on 4th June at 12:01AM and closes at 11:59 pm on 1st July 2023 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

IV. THE PRIZE

1. There will be one winner of AED 500 per week during the entire campaign.

2. The prize of AED 500 Amazon Gift Card each for 4 winners, redeemable on the Amazon website and app.

3. Once the Amazon.ae Gift Card was redeemed, the remaining unused value cannot be redeemed, reused, transferred to any account, or exchange in cash value.

4. The Amazon Gift Card cannot be cancelled or exchanged in cash value.

V. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

1. The winner shall be selected randomly from all valid entries per week by the Promoter.

2. The prize will be given to the winner in SIT head office.

3. The winner will be notified via email or mobile number by 12pm every Sunday (June 11, 18 & 25 and July 2). The winner must acknowledge the above notification within 24 hours of the notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be drawn.

4. The promoters will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

5. The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours from the date of confirmation.

6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered

7. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or prizes.

8. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Prize shall be awarded to the person who entered the draw and provided correct information entry.

VI. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Amazon for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

2. The winners agree to the release of their full name to SIT kiosk if requested.

3. An announcement of the winner’s name will be made via at SIT head office.

VII. DISCLAIMER

1. No responsibility conferred to the promoters in any mistakes made by the consumer in taking part in the draw.

2. Once the Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for any part of the Prize that is stolen, damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

3. For any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
